She developed an affinity for mental health advocacy after surviving with Panic Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder for over eight years. The Panic Button Podcast was a passion project that began in January 2024 based on Jess’ desire to share her own story in hopes of helping fellow survivors of mental health-related concerns. She strives to create a brave space that openly discusses coping strategies, education, authenticity, and much more.
