Pat opens up about his struggles in the past and shares how he was able to find the strength through fitness and wellness to bring himself to a place of joy. Discovering along the way that motivation came to him in the last place he would have expected, working with JUNK. He brings joy to his clients with his compassion and passion for what he does. He helps one client at a time to declutter and organize their space, which in turn is helping them declutter their minds and create a fresh new beginning.
