We have just released new features inside the Project Manager dashboard at Levonis.ai We now have standard project and task templates.

When you start a new project in most other project management tools, you have a blank screen. You then type out a bunch of repetitive entries from scratch. To make things a bit easier, we have built template features directly into the main user dashboard.

Below your live Projects on the screen, you will now see new sections for Project Templates and Task Templates.

The project templates calculate your deadlines automatically. When you deploy one of the blueprints—like our e-commerce store build, landing page launch, or business entity setup, it will start with today's date and cleanly build out a standard timeline for the defined tasks. The main idea here is to save you time creating a dozen or so new tasks, and each individual card is completely editable so you can adjust them to fit your needs.

We also added templates for small, individual tasks. Tapping one instantly fills in your description text boxes and pre-populates a clear checklist for your definition of done. We have got standard templates active for onboarding external freelancers safely, writing terms or privacy compliance guidelines, and pushing software updates.
