  • Un-Laboring In This Season When $$ May Be Tight
    Feb 23 2026

Let's talk a little about when you are in a season that requires you to un-labor a bit and stop grinding. I believe that Black women deserve more ease and to receive income and abundance with ease, myself included, so there will be times that we are required to un-labor and allow God to step in and provide miracles. This is counterintuitive to the lessons we learned that told us that in order to be successful, wealthy, even safe, we must labor in all ways and all the time. Hit "play" on this episode and lt's unpack things a little bit.

  • For Black Women Love Isn't Enough - When to Stop Fixing a Dead Relationship
    Feb 16 2026

Valentine's Day was just a few days ago, but today we’re talking about the side of love we rarely discuss: the grace of letting go. Inspired by a surprising lesson from Mr. Rogers, this episode explores why we often keep pouring our "salt"—our energy, labor, and essence—into relationships that are no longer viable.

Let's talk about the "Fixer" trap, the difference between a rough patch and a dead one, and how to reclaim your sweetness by choosing to stop performing CPR on a "dead fish".

  • 2026 Is Not The Year For Distractions
    Feb 9 2026

Late in 2025 one of my distractions, one that I wasn't aware of for a while, was fear. I was afraid that If I didn't earn income or receive it in a certain way, I wasn't doing things "right." This ended up putting me into a bit of freeze mode and if you've ever experienced freeze mode you know how much that feels like being stuck in time.

In todays episode, let's talk a bit about distractions and how they might show up in your life and put a halt on living the life you deserve.

  • Listener Question - How Can I Practice Self-Care During This Time of Fascism and ICE
    Feb 2 2026

    Hey, hey!

Got a great question for you today straight from the community. How can we practice self-care during this time of civil unrest, ICE and fascism. This episode is not all inclusive. My hope is that it allows room for you to reflect on what is important to you.

As mentioned in the episode, know your rights. ICE AGENTS ARE NOT POLICE OFFICERS though Police Officers may or may not accompany them.

  • Sharing the Hard Stuff: Finding Space to Be Real
    Jan 19 2026

In this episode I’m talking about something that’s deeply personal yet universally human: the courage to share your truth. Sometimes the weight we carry, like shame, fear, embarrassment, or unspoken experiences, can hold us back from living fully. Sharing your truth doesn’t have to be dramatic or performative, it is about creating space to release, reflect, and heal.

    We’re talking about:

    • Why holding onto your truth can feel like survival but may also block your growth
    • The importance of having a supportive inner circle and trustworthy allies
    • Ways to safely share your truth including journaling, therapy, creative expression, or just showing up authentically
    • How black women, historically and culturally, have had to mask their truths and why reclaiming space to be fully human is an act of self-care
    • Navigating the highs and lows, the valleys and peaks, of life while honoring your own journey

This episode is an invitation to let go of the pressure to be perfect, to stop bottling things up for survival, and to explore ways to express yourself safely and honestly.

    Reflection Prompts

    • What truth have you been holding onto that needs space to be expressed
    • Who in your life can you trust to honor your truth without judgment
    • What small, safe step can you take this week to release or express what’s been bottled up

  • Small Beginnings, Big Intentions: Claiming Space (a Tiny Shed) as Self-Care
    Jan 12 2026

In this first episode of the year, I’m sharing something that may not matter to anyone else on the planet and how it reminded me that self-care isn’t always loud, aesthetic, or dramatic.

Sometimes self-care looks like claiming space.

Sometimes it looks like taking one small step toward a vision you don’t need to explain to anyone else.

    We’re talking about:

    • Why small beginnings matter (especially in January)
    • Creating physical, emotional, and energetic space as a form of self-care
    • Letting intentions unfold without rushing or pressure
    • How honoring what feels meaningful to you is an act of self-love

This episode is an invitation to start the year gently, intentionally, and on your own terms.

    Reflection Prompts
    • What’s one small step you can take this year that feels big for you?
    • What kind of space do you want to claim or protect in 2026?
    • Where can you move with intention instead of urgency?

    Dec 22 2025

    The B.E.I.N.G. Space reopens January 3rd, 2026

Welcome to the final episode of our end-of-year series! I am wrapping up our conversation on self-recovery and boundaries by offering a framework for leaving 2025 behind and crafting a intentional, liberated blueprint for 2026.

    The steps are:

    • Honor the release that needs to happen
    • Your goals don't need to be about fixing your perceived flaws or being hypercritical of yourself. Think about setting intentions instead
    • Be sure to include community building in your plans for 2026

I'd love to hear your thoughts on this episode as well as some of your intentions for 2026. If you share this episode or your intentions on social, be sure to tag me.
