Born and raised in Toronto, Mary Rychlik has spent the last 6 years carving out a career in tech sales, most recently building and leading outbound teams. She’s also the co-founder of the Offline Collective, a women-in-sales community that’s become a hub for connection, mentorship, and professional growth in Toronto (and makes her excited to open her laptop after 5pm!).
