(FOY).  Phi has been a nurse in the Air Force for sixteen years, having a wide-variety of clinical experiences ranging from MSU, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, to now Flight Nursing.  Combining her passion for helping others and the desire to better the youth of the world, she co-founded FOY in 2020, with the ultimate goal of providing positive influences and opportunities for all youth in order to build a better tomorrow.
