  • Breaking the Cycle: The Money Lessons We Were Never Taught with Greg Junge
    Oct 29 2026

What if the way you handle money today has more to do with your childhood than you realize?

In this episode of Black Wolves Confessions, Jax sits down with author, entrepreneur, and financial educator Greg Junge, author of Teen Money Mindset and Parent Money Mindset, to explore the financial lessons we were taught growing up—and the ones we wish someone had taught us.

We dive into the emotional side of money, breaking generational financial patterns, and how our childhood experiences can shape our financial decisions as adults.

From understanding credit and budgeting to teaching our children healthy financial habits, we explore why financial education is about so much more than just dollars and cents.

We also discuss how parents can raise financially confident kids, even when they don’t have everything figured out themselves.

Because breaking generational cycles isn’t just about healing emotional wounds. Sometimes it’s about changing the way we think, talk, and feel about money.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • How childhood experiences influence our financial mindset.
    • Breaking generational financial patterns.
    • Why financial struggles shouldn’t come with shame.
    • Teaching kids about money without creating fear.
    • The financial lessons schools often overlook.
    • Raising financially confident children.
    • Why it’s never too late to change your relationship with money.

  • 🐺🖤 Life Updates, Birthdays & Lessons Learned
    Oct 23 2026

Well, life has been life-ing, and your girl has been MIA! 😂

After weeks of being sick, I’m finally back behind the mic! In this episode of Black Wolves Confessions, I’m catching you up on where I’ve been, why I’ve missed the last two weeks, and everything that’s been going on.

Oh, and did I mention I officially turned 38?! 🎂🖤

We’re talking birthdays, getting older, the lessons life keeps teaching us, and how our perspectives change as we grow. Because let’s face it, life doesn’t always turn out the way we imagined, but that doesn’t mean we stop learning, growing, or figuring shit out along the way.

This episode is a little bit of everything: life updates, reflection, laughter, and, of course, some unfiltered honesty.

  • When Telling Your Story Ruffles Feathers
    Oct 2 2026

This episode wasn’t planned. Honestly, I almost didn’t record it at all.

This week has forced me to think about relationships, family, old patterns, and what happens when telling your own story starts ruffling feathers.

I’m talking about why I keep finding comfort in people from my past, why starting over with someone completely new feels so fucking uncomfortable, and the difference between taking accountability for the things I’ve done and allowing someone else to rewrite my experience.

And then there’s this podcast itself. Sharing my story has created some backlash I wasn’t entirely prepared for—but I’m realizing that someone else being uncomfortable with my experience doesn’t mean I shouldn’t talk about it.

So this one is raw. It’s me figuring shit out in real time and reminding myself—and my pack—that we’re allowed to talk about what happened to us, learn from our own mistakes, change our patterns, and protect our peace while we do it.

Take it easy on yourself. Respect yourself. And hang in there, people. 🖤🐺

  • Random Shit I Have Questions About
    Sep 25 2026

Why do we open the fridge five times like new food is magically going to appear? Why does getting into bed suddenly remind us of every single thing we forgot to do? And why the fuck did we spend our entire childhood wanting to grow up?

This week on Black Wolves Confessions, Jax is taking a break from the deep shit.

No trauma. No healing journey. No major life revelations. Just a slightly sick, bronchitis-ridden Jax asking the completely random questions that have been living rent-free in her head.

From laundry that never ends and fitted sheets designed by Satan to disappearing hair ties, grocery-store math, autocorrect betrayal, kids yelling “MOM!” from another room, and all the other tiny ridiculous things that make absolutely no sense about everyday life—nothing is off limits.

Sometimes we need the deep conversations.

And sometimes we just need to sit around and ask…

Why the fuck is it like this? 😂

  • This or That: Bestie Edition — Okay, But Let Me Explain… 😂
    Sep 23 2026

You know how This or That is supposed to be simple?

Pick one. Move on. No explanation needed.

Yeah… James and I apparently don’t know how to do that.

This week on Black Wolves Confessions, one of my best friends, James, joins me for a round of This or That that starts with simple choices and quickly turns into stories, explanations, random side quests, questionable answers, and a few things you probably weren’t expecting us to admit.

Because when you’ve been friends as long as we have, apparently you can’t just answer the damn question. There’s always context.

Some questions are completely innocent. Some get personal. Some get spicy. And some have us stopping everything because, “Okay, wait… I need to explain this one.”

This episode is less about choosing A or B and more about the conversations that happen when two longtime best friends have microphones in front of them and absolutely no ability to give a simple answer.

So grab a drink, play along with us, and see whether you’d make the same choices — or whether you’d also need to explain yourself.

Welcome back to Black Wolves Confessions.

  • The Version of Me You Knew is Dead
    Sep 18 2026

    “You’ve changed.”

    Yeah… I fucking hope so.

In this episode of Black Wolves Confessions with Jax, we’re talking about what happens when you outgrow the version of yourself that everyone else got comfortable with.

The people-pleaser. The one who stayed quiet to keep the peace. The one who gave unlimited chances, overexplained every boundary, ignored red flags, or kept showing up for people who weren’t showing up for them.

But growth isn’t just about pointing fingers at everyone who hurt us. Sometimes we have to look in the mirror too. Sometimes we were the problem. Sometimes our boundaries became walls. Sometimes we hurt people while we were hurting. And becoming a new version of yourself means being willing to own that shit, too.

We’re getting into outgrowing relationships, changing boundaries, losing people along the way, missing who you used to be, and learning how to appreciate the person who got you this far, even when you know you can’t be that person anymore.

Because maybe the old version of you wasn’t weak.

    Maybe they were surviving.

And maybe you don’t have to hate who you were to become who you’re supposed to be.

🐺 My question for you: What’s one thing the old version of you would have tolerated that the person you are today absolutely will not?

  • When Your Brain Works Differently AuDHD, Trauma & Healing with Ellie Capstick
    Sep 16 2026

What happens when two people sit down to talk about neurodivergence and somehow end up talking about trauma, relationships, boundaries, healing, podcasting, and basically everything in between?

    You get this episode.

Jax sits down with Ellie Capstick, host of AuDHD and Then Some, for a raw, funny, and incredibly open conversation about what life can actually look like when your brain works a little differently.

Ellie shares her experience living with both ADHD and autism—often referred to together as AuDHD—and how an unexpected social media moment eventually turned into a community of more than 50,000 people centered around neurodivergence, education, connection, and feeling understood.

But this conversation goes way beyond diagnoses.

Jax and Ellie get into trauma, therapy, learning boundaries later in life, navigating relationships, recognizing patterns that aren’t healthy anymore, and what it actually means to start accepting yourself instead of constantly trying to become the version of you that everyone else expects.

There are serious moments. There are vulnerable moments. There are laughs. And, naturally, there is plenty of beautifully chaotic conversation along the way.

Because sometimes healing isn’t about becoming someone new.

Sometimes it’s finally understanding the person you’ve been all along.

    In this episode:
    • ADHD, autism and the reality of living with AuDHD
    • Trauma and the ongoing process of healing
    • Therapy and learning to recognize your own patterns
    • Setting boundaries without feeling guilty for having them
    • Relationships and protecting your wellbeing
    • Finding community and finally feeling understood
    • Authenticity, vulnerability and learning to accept yourself
    • How Ellie accidentally found her way into podcasting
