This ten minute guided mindfulness session is a bit different from my typical guided meditation sessions - It has ONLY affirmation statements with pauses in-between to process each brief statement. These affirmations focus on self-care, self-love, motivation, and positivity. It is intended to put you into a calm and focused headspace. Having confidence in ourselves will help to reduce fear and anxiety, and also will give us better sleep and energy throughout each day.
