Anchor Inn proprietors Paul and Nicola turned their once flourishing pub into a thriving bed and breakfast, partly dating back to the1860s. They share tales of hauntings, historic links to the USA, all part of the Alford offer.

Heather Iaquaniello moved to Alford from Kent in 2021. From knitting to raising funds to support a local calendar of events, Heather received an Alford welcome from day one in the place she now calls home.
