Welcome to A Fully Nourished Life Podcast! Join Erin Kukura, a Registered Dietitian and Liz Bisarya, a Licensed Therapist discuss what it means to live a fully nourished life. Our culture has reduced the idea of health to being solely about physical health, and even more so, a belief that health and wellness can be determined by physical appearance. But as two health care professionals and wellness seekers ourselves….we believe health and wellbeing include: our emotional nourishment, physical health, mental wellbeing, the strength of our relationships, connection and trust in ourselves, and spiritual wholeness.
