He references sports stars such as @TheSargeTF Tony Schumacher top fuel drag racer who relies on reaction time take out competitors, or baseball players at bat such as @cgrand3 Curtis Granderson reacting just at the right moment to release bat to ball. Dr. Wightman takes this discussion a step further and asks us to see our world with a greater sense of awareness so that we are prepared to react when friends and family are put at risk. His example is the tragedy in Higland Park, IL where many lives were lost during a fourth of July celebration.

    Coach Wightman steps in and adds several ways you may improve your reaction time enhancing your awareness so that you may deliver the necessary preformance that delivers optimal results. Dr. Wightman points out that improving reaction time is supported by greater awareness as he reminds us that managing our emotions while being grateful keeps are minds clear and ready to react.

As Henry Winkler has said he is driven by two words tenacity and gratitude, and I believe Kate and Sandra may have a littel tenacity driving their gratitude.
