307 Faithful is a Fellowship of Christian Athletes podcast that aims to provide insight on what it means to be a Christian athlete or coach in the State of Wyoming. Our mission is to show what it means to glorify God through the highs and lows of athletics, win or lose. No matter what school is on the front of your jersey, we all compete for the same team. Our hope is to connect Christian athletes through sports across the 307.

  • This Cowboy Knew ABOUT Jesus His Whole Life—But Didn't KNOW Him Until 21 | Troupe Coors
    Oct 30 2026

Troupe Coors grew up in church, knew the Bible, and thought he was a Christian. But at 21, he realized something was missing: he knew ABOUT Jesus, but he didn't truly KNOW Him.

In this episode of the 307 Faithful Podcast, University of Wyoming rodeo athlete Troupe Coors shares his testimony of discovering salvation through faith in Christ rather than good works.

Troupe also opens up about competing in college rodeo, overcoming a serious knee injury, his marriage, and sharing the gospel with fellow athletes through Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).

Whether you're a rodeo fan or someone who grew up in church, Troupe's story is a powerful reminder that knowing about Jesus isn't the same as trusting in Him.

  • Is Your Identity in Your Wins? | Ryan Harrison on Faith and Football
    Oct 10 2026

What happens when the success you’ve been praying for finally comes?

Casper Christian head football coach and athletic director Ryan Harrison joins Devin Davis on the 307 Faithful Podcast to talk about building a young football program, taking down one of Wyoming six-man football’s perennial powers, and learning how to keep success from becoming your identity.

Ryan shares how he challenges his players to enjoy the wins, rankings, and accomplishments God has given them without allowing those things to define who they are. For Ryan, the goal is bigger than football: developing young men whose identity is rooted in Christ and who know how to glorify God whether they win or lose.

He also shares his own story of learning to follow God’s direction. When Ryan and his wife had the opportunity to take jobs in the public school system and potentially make twice as much, they instead followed what they believed was God’s leading to Casper Christian. Today, Ryan says he’s living his dream job as a football coach and athletic director.
