Description
Evolvement comes from living, making mistakes that are not really mistakes but learning, walking our talk, and sometimes tripping up along the way a few times before we finally get the message about what we need in order to grow. Shedding old patterns of behavior as we progress through life, rather like a snake shedding its own skin, to renew itself. I have yet to hear or read of any mindfully successful person who has enjoyed a perfectly smooth path along their way to optimum health and maximum success, take the opportunity to check out a few autobiographies of any role models you admire to prove this one for yourself. And here we have a choice. To throw the towel in and complain about our deal in life or instead use any challenging situation as exactly what it is meant for, which is a motivational opportunity to grow and see just what we are truly capable of!
All the stories featured within this book are true. Only names have sometimes been changed to protect those concerned. Although some of these stories did first appear in other forms over the years, there are also a few previously unpublished stories finding their way into a book for the first time. This whole experience of bringing together these stories to include in this book made me certain with more clarity than ever—project the right energy, think those great thoughts, and we do always get exactly what we all need to grow as people.
