Absolute common sense that we all need a reminder of from time to time. Poignant message to remember to love yourself and not settle. To let go when you see the other person not showing up for you and not « stock » the grief or anger or beat yourself up.

I purchased this audiobook because the title captivated me and it had good ratings. I wanted to put it down several times but chose to finish. To be fair, it may appeal to someone who is the withering or dependent type.

My guess is that this book was written for people who enjoy reading romance stories.

Possibly worth it for some teens or others in their 20s
