The best Wheel of Time book?
The Shadow Rising is incredible from A to Z. It's truly where the series starts becoming this absolutely massive and yet incredibly well detailed world, with whole cultures fleshed out. The politics, the action, the character growth... Everything is just so well handled and written, so many great moments that I lost count... A big book for sure, but a brilliant one. Stellar job by the late Robert Jordan.
