    Her fourth book is another gripping page-turner but with a more ambitious concept than her earlier novels . . . A superb rom-com with a heart wrenching twist
    Beth O'Leary's latest novel opens with three women - Siobhan, Miranda and Jane - who have all been stood up on Valentine's Day by the same man. The question is, why? The trio try to work out what has happened to the elusive Joseph Carter - and their willingness to forgive him at first feels frustrating. But as the story unfolds, the lives of the main players draw the reader in until the tale builds to its unexpected, but ultimately satisfying, ending. (Alison Kershaw)

    I like the story very much and how it develops gradually revealing secrets. For me it was at the same time shocking, heartwarming and uplifting. Narration is great.

    Pretty bland story, unlikable characters, it seems like the only scenes that had some meat to them were the almost kisses. Besides that it's all just pretty meh....
