Very informative and well structured, easy to follow book on the causes of aging, how to slow it (mainly through better nutrition and lifestyle changes), and a broad description of several new promising techniques and discoveries that, in the near future, could reverse aging.

The book explains very well what are the major pathways of aging, and how better nutrition and better lifestyles can contribute significantly to a healthy and longer life. There are a lot each one of us can do today to lead a healthier and longer life, while waiting for breakthrough medical techniques and treatments to be discovered, matured and brought to a larger population to reverse aging.
