    A life worthy read/ listen

    I started an eight hour TRE over four months ago. In that time I've lost over 4kg, which given I haven't been able to lose weight no matter what I've tried, is really great. This book rounds out the little information I've read on TRE and provides much more information in other areas. I'm looking forward to seeing even better results after listening to this book and adopting the suggestions.

    Nice and helpful, have to crank it up in car

    Helpful, full of info - only 4 stars for performance cause it was harder to listen in car due to the soft voice. With quiet surrounding - perfect.

    A great overview of our biological clock.

    A must listen to if you want to understand how your body works, how to work with it. And all important information on inteittent fasting or what he calls Time Restrictive Eating.

    very informative book

    would have liked to know more about the processes on a micro level and the reading voice isnt exactly the best suited in my opinion but glad i listened to it gonna definitely incorporate TRE in my daily routine alongside regular sleeping times
