Adrian Slater, an 851-pound Twitch streamer, has been spiraling deeper into misery for the past decade, crushed under the weight of his own body. Desperate for a way out, he receives a strange invitation offering a miraculous weight loss solution. A mysterious figure known as Bunco lures Adrian to an abandoned ghost town, promising that a simple meal of spaghetti and meatballs will unlock his “best self.” But what starts as a desperate bid for salvation soon warps into a grotesque nightmare.
After eating Bunco’s bizarre meal, Adrian’s weight begins to vanish at a terrifying speed. But as his body shrinks, darker changes take hold—his skin pales, his features twist into something monstrous, and an unnatural hunger for human flesh takes root. What was once a miracle becomes a living horror as Adrian realizes he’s no longer just losing weight; he’s losing his humanity.
Spaghetti and Meatballs is a chilling tale of body transformation and creeping horror. As Adrian’s cravings turn violent and his grotesque new identity takes over, he discovers that the price of his dream body is far more than he ever could have imagined; and that Bunco’s twisted offer may have sealed his fate forever.
