The Personalizing Pilates: Pre-Natal workout is perfect because it's safe and effective, and can be done throughout your pregnancy. It's an audio workout, so it's like having your private Pilates instructor's voice with you whenever you can fit in a gentle, effective workout.

The Personalizing Pilates: Pre-Natal program includes three files that will guide you through easy, gentle Pilates exercises that will strengthen your deep, supportive abdominal and back muscles that are working harder now that you're pregnant.

Included with the workout is an Ab Tutorial audio file that teaches you how to use your breathing to activate and strengthen the deepest layer of your abdominals. These muscles are important because they strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, which are the muscles that support your spine, pelvis, and hips.

This pre-natal workout is effective! The workout includes easy, effective Pilates exercises that focus on strengthening the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles, toning the legs and hips, and toning the arms and shoulders.

I've included some of the newest Standing Pilates exercises that train your balance and stability. These exercises are great for pregnant women because as your baby grows, your balance and center of gravity are shifting, so balance can become tricky!

This workout was created by and is taught by Sherry Lowe-Bernie, owner of Personalizing Pilates. Sherry is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher, which means that you are entrusting your spine to one of the best Pilates teachers you can find. Sherry has over 10 years experience teaching Pilates.
