THE COVER DOES NO JUSTICE FOR THIS BOOK

This isn't your "A" typical MC romance, but enjoyable none the less. I loved this book, but I how ever didn't like how the Author skipped a lot of the key scenes in the book. "SPOILER ALERT" the Author skipped three years into the future, Angel now has a sick child without even informing the readers that there was a pregnancy in the first place, and you read that Angel is upset over this phone call from Cole's wife without writing the scene out, but the Author cut so many corners in this novel that it's not even funny. I don't like that the author didn't take the time to write out the key scenes in the story that's a shame. I would've loved to read/listen to that phone call scene from Cole's wife to Angle (the baby's mother). Overall I still enjoyed the book. So if you're looking for a not so typical MC romance book This is it. "OUTLAW" is a keeper for me. Book Recommendation: now if you're looking for somewhat hard-core MC romance try this title out "CUT WIDE OPEN" By Abby McCarthy. If this review helped you in any way please click HELPFUL for me. Don’t judge a book by its cover....

I chose to listen to this book because of the narrator, Aaron Shedlock; if he hadn’t narrated it, I probably never would’ve picked it up....and I would’ve missed out on a great story. This is the first book I’ve listened to by this author and, despite the cover, I was not disappointed. I absolutely loved this book. It pulled me in from the very beginning and I ended up staying up half the night to find out what would happen next. As always, Aaron Shedlock did an amazing job with the narration. I will most definitely be listening to the next book in the series. I hope I don’t have to wait too long! Give it a listen, it’s a credit well spent.

Love this Series!!!!

Where does Outlaw: An Evil Dead MC Story rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

The Kindle edition of this book is one of my favorites and I can read over and over again. So happy it has been released in Audible. Anxiously waiting for the rest of the series to be released in Audible.

Outlaw

I want to start out by saying Aaron Shedlock nails the narration on this book. His narration draws you into the story and does not disappoint. You get lost in the story listening to him and how he changes his voice to interpret different characters is amazing.

I was a bit reluctant to listen to this one after reading the summary. But if you are a fan of SOA you will love this book. You are immediately drawn in and Cole is such a likeable character! After the first part of the book it takes a very unexpected twist of events that keep you on your toes. You will be surprised at how big these bikers hearts are and how much more they are then what you see. The story pulls on your heart strings and you will have a roller-coaster of emotions.

Pleasantly Surprised!

I was actually pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this story. Since this isn’t my usual genre I wasn’t quite sure what to expect as you never know with MC books. This one was great. Cole was such a good guy and he really cared for Angel. There were some pretty emotional parts in the story and my heart went out to both Cole and Angel. There were some surprising twists and the author certainly kept us guessing as to what would happen. Aaron Shedlock did an amazing job with the narration and made the listening experience so enjoyable. I will definitely be looking for more books he narrates. I have no hesitation in recommending this audiobook. This book was given to me for free and I provided this unbiased review.

Another biker romance

I’m so sick of these books. They start out ok, the ne t thing you know, the hardest biker on earth, is rendered useless because some chick bats her eyes at him. He moves heaven and earth, refuses to pick between her and his brothers, goes out of his way to be a HUGE pussy..the people that write this shit are just...I mean, come ON! the protagonist are such morons! Crazy. Can’t someone just write a friggin book where it’s about an MC and not an !C being brought down by tha5 little thing between a girls legs. BULLLLSHIT!

Weak Character Development, shallow plot

I am surprised this had such high ratings, probably a good beach read, easy to follow and not too long. I have to stop buying audible books on sale or 2 for 1 books - you get what you pay for. Won't be buying Bk 2 in this series even if it goes on sale.

Good MC Story

It was my first book by Nicole James. I like MC stories. The storyline isn't typical. This book has two parts. The first part is rough and the second part is emotional. There are some twists and turns, so you feel like in a roller coaster. This story ends with an HEA. I like the two main characters, Cole and Angel. The other characters are also interesting. Overall, it's a good story. The narration was really great, as always with Aaron Shedlock. He did a great job with all the characters.

MC at it's best!

MC books are always full of bad boys and suspense, sex and crazy escapades, but Nicole James has written this book with a different flare. While there is an interesting cast of characters, the story of Cole and Angel is far from what is expected. Cole, a definite domineering male saves Angel from human trafficking, and his protective nature does not only kick in, but Angel is the one that gets under his skin. Angel is a sweet, young woman, but is strong and resilient. Their relationship is not only sexual, but the connection these two is deep and the kind that lasts forever. But circumstances occur, things change and forever is not that long. Nicole James has taken this situation and brought some real life into it, the kind that will break your heart and bring tears to your eyes. The way she has the characters handle tragic events is realistic, and makes you realize just how lucky most of us are. Love the characters she has brought in from both the club and Angel's lives. It's easy to fall in love with them all and to see where life brings them next.

Aaron Shedlock brings so much to this book. So many characters, so many accents(Cajun and Scottish come to mind right away) and he flows through the story with ease, making each character their own. I love his female voices, they are so natural sounding, and I have to say that some of his MC gang portrayals are absolutely demonic. Have to love the passion that he brings to the book and makes it such an incredible listen.
