Part II discusses the significance of nutrition in selected human diseases, including cardiovascular diseases, cancer, infection, neurodegenerative diseases, and metabolic comorbidities. It also discusses optimal nutrition for wellness, fitness, pregnancy, mental health, aging, and longevity.
