This compilation features the title novella Michael Kohlhaas, the tale of a man forced to crime in order to gain back the horses that were stolen from him; “The Earthquake in Chile,” a love story that takes place in the chaos of the 1647 Santiago earthquake; along with five other stories and a dramatized reading of selected scenes from The Prince of Homburg.
