Great for relaxation.

This is a wonderful relaxation download. It is well worth it's small price. I found using it before bed was a great way to have a deep satisfying sleep.

Writer's voice not good.

Joan Borysenko is a pioneer in mind body research. I was really looking forward to hearing this series of guided meditations. But I simply could not get past her grating nasal voice. I never finished the first meditation. She should have left the reading to a pro.

I listen to the first meditation every night as I go to bed, I love Joan's voice!!
