In the Loving Kindness series, you will be guided to embrace the part of yourself that is responsible for loving and being kind. You will understand from a point of deep certitude that you are not different from others. Everyone is a part of you, and you are a part of them.
As you progress through the session, you will gradually begin to realize that the singularity of oneness binds you with the world that you inhabit. You share a bond with others that is complete and exists within a circle of divine love.
