Un vrai coup de cœur ! Ce livre est un mélange parfait d’émotions : drôle et triste. Dès le premier chapitre, j’ai été happée par l’histoire et je n’ai pas pu arrêter de l’écouter sauf pour dormir. L’auteur a un talent incroyable pour nous transporter dans un tourbillon de sentiments, et chaque phrase m’a tenu en haleine. Je recommande vivement ce livre à tous ceux qui aiment se plonger dans des récits puissants et profondément humains.

Just managed to hold my attention although apart from the theme of battered women which was well explored but could have gone way deeper. The lifestyles of the characters are straight out of Hollywood. Unrealistic and overall way too mushy and gushing for my taste.
