It wasn't until I had gotten sick that I realized the importance of eating healthy. Why must something bad always happen before we decide to change? In 2008 I had undergone brain surgery to remove a rare tumor.
I experienced blindness, an out-of-body experience - and mental torture! I became so depressed I planned my own funeral. A neurosurgeon, along with a team of skilled doctors, successfully put me back on the road to recovery. All these experiences caused me to make a change - and I did, forever! A godsend came to visit me. With clarity he explained that I change the way I eat to a plant-based diet, I could live disease-free and enjoy life with optimum health.
The intention of this book is not to lecture you on how to eat or even what to eat. My message to you is simple: Your health is your responsibility and the quality of your life is based on the choices you make in your life.
