In my years of self-education I have learnt a lot of ready so I didn't have a revolution reading this book but it was still very nice to have everything in one place and get a few new ideas on how to treat my pain. I wish it wasn't so targeted on overweight people though. for someone who is new to natural health care this is the perfect book.
