    Description

When Candice "Candy" Hardaway, the daughter of deceased New York drug kingpin Eric "Easy" Hardaway, set out to get revenge on the people who killed her entire family, she positioned herself knee-deep in the game. While getting close to her father's alleged enemies, Candy uncovered some long-buried secrets that were never meant for her to find out. These secrets also destroyed the only family member she had left - her Uncle Rock.

With Uncle Rock dead, Candy is back to find out more about her father's buried past; but this time, Candy quickly goes from being the hunter to the hunted, and more than one bounty is put on her head. Who will fulfill their need for revenge first - the people who really destroyed her family, or the hustlers that Candy wrongfully targeted? Will Candy be able to use her skills as a "cleaner" to stay alive, or will someone have to ultimately save her from her enemies?

    Disappointed

Not what I️ had expected at all. The book was to me a total repeat of book 1. Don’t waste your credit

    ok

much like with book 1, I waffled between wanting to know what happened next and wanting it to be over. It was missing something but I'm not sure what. The plot has so much potential for ruthlessness, drama and action. But, it seemed like they were all watered down. That being said I'm glad it ended after book 2

Instructions needed to read this book....

Have patience, it will all come together, don't give up on this book! You should really have the time and attention when reading this book, you will be rewarded. Yes, this book will take you to many places and people who do not read well or have low comprehension skills will not be able to follow and will blame the author for being too creative. This is a really great book and very entertaining, not your run of the mill drug king pin book. If I have any complaints about this book, it would be that there needs to be more narrators, not that the one reading it is bad at all, just that it needs to be an actual mans voice because there are so many characters. The author does a very good job at everything, truly a masterpiece!

    Mmmm

I didn’t think it would end that way but it was okay. I’d listen again.

Different than I could have predicted

This was a decent follow up to the first one, but it definitely did not end in any way that I could have predicted, or would have even wanted it to. It was a fun rollercoaster of "who's" the bad guy though.

    Waste of Time! Terrible!

I should have taken heed from the other reviews... But, since book 1 was pretty good I figured this one would follow suit. This was however, the biggest waste of time and a TERRIBLE follow up. Most of it was retelling what happened in book one and when it wasn't that it was flashback to the 80's. The writer was also going for too many "shock and awe" moments which left me uninterested and uninvested. You can skip this one because the ending makes no sense.

    Ugh!

seriously though? I can't write a true review without telling how things go. You'll enjoy the ride though like I did. I want an alternator ending. That's all I gotta say without spoiling it.
