    IT has no ending!

    If I can I will return it! While the grounding is OK it does not say when to stop. Really awkward

    A ridiculous price for a underwhelming 10 minutes. Phooey,

    Very disappointed in this . A waste of money. Compare to rod Watson and you find a huge difference.

    wishing for more

    I was hoping for more than one exercise. this in itself is a wonderful exercise. Always love Dan Siegel's work!

    Very nice intro to mindfulness

    This is a wonderfully relaxing and I love how it fades to nothing. It's short but it's sweet. A nice one to have in your collection.

    This is too short

    I had listen to another of DR Siegel’s book that had the same cover. I was expecting a different book.

    It ended with out warning

    I was breathing waiting for a sign that the 10 mint ended. I expected some kind of Sound or maybe the guide will say something but there was nothing after a while I realized that the audio has already ended. Otherwise it was good and clear and Dr. Daniel voice is calming as usual. And after finishing the stressing I was feeling has already dissappeared

    all about you're preference

    I absolutely LOVE that this has no ending. Daniel Siegel drops me into a mindfulness meditation bliss and leaves me there to decide when I'm done.

    Simple, nice meditation guide

    I recommend it for anyone who wants a simple way to start a daily meditation practice. After you get going, you may look for advanced references by Dr. Siegel or other authors.
