Loved everything about this audiobook!

Even at 52 yo, loved it so much I listened to it several times and bought it for several single friends!

I love it

Great book. He explains how men think about women in a funny way. What I got from this book is that if you want to find a great man in your life then you have to become that great person you want to find. You attract what you think you are and deserve, be busy and get a life, go and do things that you want to do instead of waiting for the man of your dreams to start doing so.

An outstanding insight

I am a guy, and I still loved this book. This guy gets how us guys operate. j especially loved the 3rd section where he gives tips on keeping a happy relationship. I learned a few things.

Great Read!

I enjoyed reading this book because this book touched on all facets of dating including texting, communication, dating, commitment, a high value woman etc. This book for me taught me the importance of showing a more interest in life so you will get to meet more people and thus more guys. However, I wish this book had of touched more on confidence and being a high value woman.

Great book, if he didn't reference his website.

Where does Get the Guy rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I liked the book. I like listening to him and he explains things well. The only thing is he references his website SO MUCH and it isn't a free website. It is VERY expensive on top of the fact that we have already bought the book. Some of the videos he references should be free to people who bought the book, I think.

What does Matthew Hussey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His awesome voice. He is so very passionate about what he is teaching.

This book allows you to realize how valuable you are. Don't let him have what he has not yet earned. I love it!

Lots of great points

I thought this book was really well written and made many great points but the throws to the website, and the over-the-top used car salesmanship on the website soured the experience a bit. Ignore that, and it was a book I would definitely recommend to single friends.

More like a million ways to bump into a guy

What disappointed you about Get the Guy?

I love Matthew Hussey, and his videos are awesome, his book sucked. It was literally hours of him telling you to go in public and talk to random men and women, to expand your circle so you will meet more guys. While it was well intentioned, hours of it hearing the same thing was completely unnecessary. I was looking for methods of attracting and keeping a man attracted, not just how to meet men. I can meet men all day long.

Would you ever listen to anything by Matthew Hussey again?

Maybe.

What aspect of Matthew Hussey’s performance would you have changed?

The hours of the same monotonous information.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Get the Guy?

About three hours of him rambling on about where to meet men.

fun and informative

I am actually already in a longer more established relationship, but this book still had so much that I learned that I can still apply to my relationship and my everyday life. also it was funny, Matthews warm hearted and fun nature shined through like a conversation with a trusted old friend.

Finally a book to help me understand how HE thinks

Where does Get the Guy rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I have listened to several dating books and this is by far the most helpful! I have even re-listened to it! He gives examples that I related to, and helped me understand what the guy is thinking! Why he does what he does, and what I should do to get the guy I want to talk to me!

What did you like best about this story?

He covered everything - how to get the guy interested, how to keep him interested, and how to not let him lose his interest in you!

What does Matthew Hussey bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Love the accent :-)

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

One of the things I have already used is playful bantering...and it worked like a charm! I couldn't believe how easy it was!

If you are looking for a book to help you understand how men "date" and what they look for, then this book is for you! I could throw all my other dating books out now - this one is all I need!
