If you're looking for a well-written, romantic, entertaining story, this is the one. Smooth, easy listening, witty, positive, and uplifting. Be ready for a couple of hot sex scenes. Whelan is an excellent narrator, I'm a big fan (she's one of the reasons I came across this book).

Je poursuis ma découverte d'Emily Henry.
Après "People we meet on vacation", sur les conseils des filles d'Adapte-moi si tu peux, je continue ma découverte de l'univers d'Emily Henry.
J'avoue avoir eu un doute sur le côté romance, n'étant pas trop adepte du trope "ennemies to lovers", mais finalement, la romance est passée au second plan, les remises en question de January m'ont beaucoup touchée!

Not quite for me I guess. I thought it’d be a bit funnier reading the premise. The narrator, when she uses her normal voice, is great, but the second she took a deeper voice to portray Gus put me off every time. It made him sound like an arrogant character. Also, the story is just too easy when it could’ve been much more interesting on their writing process.
