William A. Horsburgh

I am an author from North East Fife, Scotland. I have been writing for several years. I was born with Cerebral Palsy in 1982 and was diagnosed with Glaucoma in 1999. My eyesight has continued to deteriorate and has left me with around 5% vision, but this has not stopped me from writing my stories.
I self-published my autobiography, Ring of Fire in 2013 - only two years into my Honours Degree which I studied through the Open University. I gained my Honours Degree in the Arts and Humanities in 2018 and my Master's Degree in Creative Writing in 2022. My debut mainstreem published memoir, My Perfect Companion was released in May 2026. Both of my degrees have helped to improve my style of writing and has also helped to develop my writing craft. Being traditionally published has given me the confidence to continue to write many more books and to release more titles in the future.
