Stanley Emanuels is a North Carolina business owner, Army veteran, father of seven, and longtime entrepreneur who built a successful commercial cleaning business from humble beginnings. Starting with little more than household cleaning supplies, determination, and a desire to provide a better life for his family, Stanley spent more than three decades building relation-ships, serving customers, and learning the realities of leadership, business ownership, and perseverance through firsthand experience.
Raised without many financial or emotional luxuries, Stanley understood early the importance of hard work, responsibility, and stability. After receiv-ing an Army commission through ROTC, he eventually settled in the Ra-leigh area, where he built his business one customer at a time. Over the years, his company expanded across multiple cities and employed numerous work-ers, but the lessons that shaped him most deeply often came through life outside of business: marriage, fatherhood, personal setbacks, rebuilding after painful seasons, and learning that success means far more than money alone.
Throughout his life, Stanley’s greatest motivation has always been his children and family. His experiences taught him the importance of balancing ambition with presence, leadership with compassion, and success with hu-mility. In writing this book, Stanley hoped not only to share practical guid-ance for people interested in starting a cleaning business but also to encour-age ordinary people who want greater stability, freedom, and purpose in their lives. He continues to live in the Raleigh area, where he remains grateful for the people, faith, lessons, and second chances that shaped his journey.
