Pedro Vivar

Pedro Vivar is an author, neurokinesiologist, and educator specialized in the connection between the body, the brain, and decision-making. With a solid background as a trainer in Europe and Latin America, he has dedicated his career to investigating how movement patterns, emotional regulation, and neuroplasticity directly influence our ability to decide with clarity, act with strength, and sustain long-term change.

As the creator of the Neuromotor Programming (PNM) methodology, he integrates principles of neuroscience, motor control, and practical philosophy to reprogram the relationship between mind and body. His approach is grounded in a powerful idea: decisions are not just thought — they are embodied.

He is the author of The Art of Decision, a work that has transformed how thousands of readers understand their own biases, habits, and automatic mechanisms. His work seeks a synthesis between scientific precision and practical application, offering concrete tools for those who wish to strengthen their autonomy, mental clarity, and capacity for action.
