I grew up in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio and now reside in Melbourne, Florida. I will always be a Buckeye at heart. I've always had a story in my head and as a child I loved to write plays for the neighborhood kids to perform for anyone who would watch. My favorite photo is of my fourth-grade class dressed in paper grocery bags performing the end of year play I created. To this day, no one is quite sure whether we were playing the parts of peanuts or potatoes. Before becoming a full-time writer, I worked hard at being a normal adult by working in finance at a Fortune 500 company. I am an optimist at heart and like to find fun in everything life throws at me. I love my sweet cockapoo, Pepper, traveling, reading and yoga. My newest release is A Vacation With Strangers: Sisters are made in Heaven but so are thunder and lightning. Join the estranged Laverne sisters as they decide whether to repair their long lost relationships on the rolling seas. My novel Hello Jaynie! When your internal thermostat goes on a permanent vacation! It's the story of 2 friends, Jill and Jaynie as they navigate their lives through the threat of menopause. My full length memoir is A Bittersweet Goodnight. It is the Bronze award winner of the 2019 Royal Palm Literary Award in the memoir category. A tragedy precedes the entrance of a stepmother. What happens next is the journey of a lifetime.
