Ben Szuhaj

Ben Szuhaj is an AI Strategist at KUNGFU AI, where he partners with executives to identify valuable AI use cases, redesign organizations, and translate complex technologies into clear business value. He is the co-author of Wayfinding: A Business Fable About Leading in the Age of AI (October 2026), a work of fiction about the fears, missteps, and breakthroughs that define leadership in times of seismic change.

Ben's work sits at the intersection of technology, organizational behavior, and the history of how societies absorb powerful new tools. Before KUNGFU AI, he led strategic initiatives at Doblin, Deloitte Consulting's innovation practice, focusing on AI strategy and sustainability, and worked as a business researcher at Gartner. He holds a B.A. in English with a minor in Human-Centered Design from Dartmouth College, where he won the Mecklin Prize for creative nonfiction or journalism.

He writes about technology, design, and society. He lives in Cambridge, MA, and you can probably find him running along the Charles with the Battle Road Track Club.
