The reality is this: your day — and your life — is shaped by the thoughts you plant and nurture. Life happens to you or for you, depending on the perception you choose.

We have so many moments in life and each and every one of them involves a choice. A decision that ignites a pathway for an experience. These moments can be small and other times big in terms of the direction our lives take. At the core of the choice are two competing forces logic and emotion. When in perfect balance I believe we make the best choices but seldom does that happen for most because unless you have power over them they will have power over you. The path forward all comes down to the perspective in which we see things.
