When Lilly sends for the Internet Witch to perform magic on her messy room, her brother Willy has his doubts.

On the night before Christmas, Hector and the Internet Witch set out on a journey seeking the magic ingredients to make Hector a wealthy man. Hector wants to be rich so he can give his parents an expensive Christmas present instead of a "junky old" picture he drew. During their adventure, they meet a snowman - the kind who churns ice cubes into snowflakes, a tearful reindeer, and plenty of other colorful characters. When Hector's wish is fulfilled, he learns that you don't have to be rich to have a special Christmas.
