In prayer we need to be deeply conscious that God is the almighty one, the supreme creator, the ruler of the Universe, that he is infinite and eternal; we need to know that God is the underlying, unchangeable truth, "with whom can be no variation, neither shadow that is cast by turning". God as principle is the absolute good expressed in all creation. When we know God and "worship him in spirit and truth" we recognize him as this great goodness, which is omnipresent, omniscient, omnipotent, ready and willing to guide, to bless, and to uplift.

Jesus saw in Himself the perfect pattern of the God-Mind. He lived so close to that pattern that He became its perfect expression. As He continued to live closer and ever closer to God, He beheld all men as living inventions of God. And through His spiritualized mentality, He awakened the image of the perfect pattern of the God-Mind in those who came to Him for help. Thus - by arousing their souls' energy to such an extent that the physical became immersed in the healing life - He enabled the perfect man to come into manifestation.

Metaphysical bible students recognize in the Gospel of John a certain spiritual quality that is not found in the other Gospels. Although this is not true of all Bible readers, it may be said that those who look for the mystical find it in the language of this book. The book is distinctive in this respect and is so successful in setting forth metaphysical truths that little interpretation is necessary. Only in a few instances does the original writing conceal the deep truths that the student seeks to discern.

New Thought visionary Charles Fillmore demonstrates how the thoughts on your mind at this very instant possess greater power then other force ever known. Early in the atomic age, Fillmore intuited that the awesome energy unleashed by the splitting of the atom is synonymous with the mental power inherent in the lives of every individual. Using Biblical analysis, personal experiences, mystical insight, and practical reasoning, Fillmore unlocks the master key to existence to show that there is only one great power in the universe, and one great source: the Infinite Mind.

The doctrine of Jesus Christ stands out prominently for its practical application in all the affairs of life. It is not alone a religion, in the limited aspect in which that word is used, but a rule of living, doing, thinking, being.
