Do you ever sit and look at the future as a whole sometimes in your thoughts and wondering life will be? I look at the many differences in man and woman that have shifted over the last 40 years and as far as dating or forming effective relationships and it looks grim for some of us. I believe we’ve forgotten what was effective in attraction as well as certain skills for each gender to thrive as an efficient mate. Let me explain…

Further thinking, I came to an understanding about the challenges I have inside my own mind when it comes the aspect of intimacy and closeness. Truly the closeness more than intimacy goes, it’s something I’ve known about myself whether I admitted it out loud or not. The self awareness is what keeps us grounded as humans and gives a map on what we can work on in improving ourselves.

I believe quitting was something I had mastered from an early age, be a hard stage on super mario bros or learning the plays on the JV basketball team at Nansemond River High School growing up. I was rather fond of quitting when life didn’t come easy for me. However, I believe there’s also upside to learning when to give up on something. I want to talk about a few things I learned to give up that worked in my favor.
