🎧 This episode is really personal. I recorded it on the Summer Solstice — a moment that felt like a true threshold for me. I’ve been dancing, literally and metaphorically, through some big realizations. Mainly, that I don’t have to choose between being a photographer or being someone who works in the wellness space. I can be both. I am both. And they’re more connected than I used to think.

I share how this solstice feels like the bookend to the Winter Solstice, when I first started my Substack. It’s like I’ve been walking through a loop — and this is the moment I’ve stepped through a gate. I talk about posting imperfectly, letting go of waiting for “the right time,” and finally showing up with the tools, resources, and alignment I now have.
