In the inaugural episode of S&C’s Trading & Markets podcast, host Ryne Miller, co-head of our Commodities, Futures & Derivatives Group, is joined by Jamie McDonald, litigation partner at the Firm and former director of the CFTC’s Division of Enforcement, to discuss the CFTC’s priorities and focus over the coming year.
