Join author, actor, and funny lady Robin Hopkins as she helps guests manage stress, set some boundaries, find a new apartment, and save a dime or two. And that’s important because social security is probably gonna be gone by the time you get there. Robin’s disarming, connected, and forthcoming style allows her guests to open up about what’s really behind all that self-sabotaging. Well…Adjusting is not NPR. It’s not credentialed. But it is honest talk about real problems Millennials face today. And did we mention it’s funny?

  • Can We Hang Without a Hangover?
    Jun 30 2026

For many LGBTQ folks, bars have long been more than bars. They've been community centers, meeting places, and a way to find our people. But what happens when every social plan seems to come with a drink in hand? Aadi joins us to talk about finding the line between social drinking and social habit, creating new ways to connect, and figuring out how to have a great night out without waking up wondering if it was worth it.

    Make Robin & Steph's mocktails!

    Steph:

    1) Use iced tea, lemon, a herb or spice of your choice (Steph uses Cardamom syrup), muddle them up, delicious!

    2) Soak hibiscus leaves, lime or lemon juice, fresh ginger, a little honey, to make a refreshing summery pink drink!

    Robin:

    1) A non-alcoholic tequila is great!

    2) Take some lime juice, agave syrup (approx 3 swirls), *important* put them in a cute glass, add fresh mint and muddle. Add a load of ice and fill with seltzer. Garnish with a piece of lime for ultimate aesthetics.

  • When Anxiety Is the Baseline
    Jun 23 2026

Drew and Alex from Into the Into the Mud podcast join to chat about what's making us anxious right now. We talk creative paralysis, career spirals, and the pressure to be perfect—whether it’s as a parent, an artist, or just a functioning human. Is anxiety something to fix, or something to live with? How do you know when it’s too much? And what, if anything, actually helps?

Real talk, some swearing, a little hope. And maybe, a reminder that you’re not the only one spiraling.

  • Is It Safe to Be Myself at Work
    Jun 15 2026

Teeny brings us a question about how open to be about your personal life. She’s in a polyamorous relationship and wants to share her weekend stories at work just like anyone else, without judgment, microaggressions, or having to launch into Polyamory 101 every time. We talk trust, boundaries, and the subtle (and not-so-subtle) ways people shame what they don’t understand. Plus: how to decide who deserves the truth—and who can keep guessing. Dr. Badiee joins us to offer thoughtful, grounded guidance on how to navigate this tricky space with clarity and self-respect.

More info on Dr. Badiee HERE.
