 WAV (formerly The Dick & Jane Project) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Columbus Ohio. The Project, founded in 2010, hosts collaborative workshops where middle school students are partnered with local musicians and producers to create radio-ready songs. The students write the lyrics and the musicians transform their words into song.
