    • Rest Isn’t Lazy: Learning God’s Rhythm for Your Life
      Feb 16 2026

      EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Rest has been misunderstood for a long time — especially for women who carry a lot.

In this episode, we slow down and talk about why rest often feels irresponsible, indulgent, or even spiritually wrong. If you’ve been feeling guilty for needing rest or afraid to slow down, this conversation will help you reframe rest as obedience, trust, and stewardship.

This isn’t about avoiding responsibility. It’s about honoring the rhythm God designed for your life.

      — Jada

      SHOW NOTES

      🔁 Previous Episode Recap

Last week, we talked about why boundaries feel hard — especially for women who care deeply — and how boundaries are not about pushing people away, but about protecting what God has entrusted to us.

In This Episode, We Talk About:

      • Why rest feels unsafe in hustle culture
      • The difference between rest and avoidance
      • God’s rhythm versus cultural pressure
      • Why guilt often shows up when we slow down
      • Rest as trust, not laziness

      📖 Scripture Referenced

Hebrews 4: 9-11 (NLT) "9 So there is a special rest still waiting for the people of God. 10 For all who have entered into God’s rest have rested from their labors, just as God did after creating the world. 11 So let us do our best to enter that rest. But if we disobey God, as the people of Israel did, we will fall."

      • Where have I been resisting rest out of guilt or fear?
      • What would it look like to trust God with my pace?

    • Why Boundaries Feel Hard (Especially for Women Who Care Deeply)
      Feb 9 2026

If you care deeply, boundaries can feel uncomfortable — even selfish.

In this episode, we unpack why setting boundaries feels especially hard for women who love God, love people, and feel responsible for everyone around them. For many of us, boundaries were never modeled as healthy or holy. Instead, we learned that being “good” meant being available, accommodating, and self-sacrificing — often at our own expense.

We talk honestly about the guilt, fear, and resistance that surface when you begin to protect your time, energy, and emotional space. Boundaries aren’t about pushing people away; they’re about stewarding what God has entrusted to you.

This episode invites you to see boundaries not as rejection, but as wisdom — and as a form of obedience, not disobedience.

      — Jada

      SHOW NOTES

In This Episode, We Talk About:

      • Why women who care deeply struggle most with boundaries
      • How people-pleasing disguises itself as kindness
      • The connection between boundaries and burnout
      • Why boundaries are biblical, not selfish
      • How protecting your capacity honors God and yourself

      📖 Scripture Referenced

Galatians 6: 4-5 (NLT) “4 Pay careful attention to your own work, for then you will get the satisfaction of a job well done, and you won't need to compare yourself to anyone else. 5 For we are each responsible for our own conduct."

    • Redefining Success When Life Doesn’t Look Like You Planned
      Feb 2 2026

What happens when the life you prayed for doesn’t unfold the way you imagined?

In this episode, we talk honestly about redefining success when plans shift, expectations fall apart, and the version of life you envisioned no longer fits your reality. For women who love God, carry responsibility well, and have done “everything right,” this conversation creates space to confront disappointment without shame.

Success isn’t always found in outcomes, titles, or timelines. Sometimes it’s revealed through surrender, obedience, and trust when life feels uncertain or unfinished.

This episode is an invitation to release comparison, grieve unmet expectations, and allow God to redefine success in this season — not as failure, but as formation.

      — Jada
