  • Twinnings Ep#22 - Welcoming 2026: New Years & Resolutions
    Jan 25 2026

New year, same brain twins, just slightly more self-aware.

In this episode, Anne and Georgie ease into 2026 with an honest (and mildly unhinged) check-in on how the holidays actually felt, what 2025 really was, and why New Year’s resolutions don’t need to be dramatic to be meaningful.

We talk post-holiday exhaustion, emotional labor, and the difference between moments that felt restorative versus performative. Then we look back at 2025—not to judge it, but to name it: building year, survival year, healing year, or all of the above.

From there, we unpack New Year’s resolutions with less pressure and more honesty. Aspirational fantasies, maintenance goals, gentle course-corrections—we cover it all, including why failing (or quitting) isn’t a moral flaw.

This episode is about intentions over aesthetics, capacity over productivity, and choosing honesty over perfection.
No “new year, new me” energy required.
Just real reflection, soft goals, and permission to go at your own pace.

    ❣️Just a Reminder:
    2026 just started, don't rush it! 😉

  • Twinnings EP#21 - Masaya Pa Ba ang Pasko sa Pinas?: Christmas Then vs Now (at bakit tayo pagod)
    Dec 21 2025

Masaya pa ba ang Pasko… or pagod lang tayo?

Christmas hits different when you’re older—and not always in a bad way.

In this episode, Anne and Georgie unpack the reality of adult Christmas:
the schedules, the budgets, the logistics, the emotional bandwidth (or lack thereof), and the quiet pressure to perform joy.

We talk about the Christmas we imagined growing up, the Filipino traditions we were raised with, the nostalgia that still tugs at us… and the compromises we now make to survive the season with our sanity intact.

From fake trees and fake wrapped gifts, to choosing rest over perfection, this episode is for anyone who loves Christmas, misses it, resents it a little, or just wants to get through it gently.

    Because maybe Christmas isn’t dead.

Maybe it just grew up with us.

    This Week’s Reminder:

Christmas is a holiday — not a performance.
    Rest is allowed.
    Simplicity is enough.

✨ If you’re far away from family this Christmas, we’re here with you.
✨ If your Christmas looks different this year, that doesn’t make it wrong.
✨ If you’re tired, welcome, you’re among fellow pagods.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

  • Twinnings EP#20 - Hook Up Culture: Dissecting the Fuck Boys
    Dec 14 2025

Casual dating, ghosting, mixed signals, and the emotional aftermath... Let’s talk about it.

In this episode, Anne and Georgie sit down with their friend Gab for an honest, no-holds-barred conversation about hookup culture, modern dating, and what it really means to move through relationships without accountability.

From dating apps and “rosters,” to ghosting, avoidance, and the fear of commitment, we unpack how hookup culture can blur boundaries, hurt people unintentionally, and normalize emotional distance.

    This isn’t about shaming.

It’s about awareness, communication, and doing better—whether you’re dating casually, seriously, or somewhere in between.

    ⚠️ Gentle Content Note:

    This episode includes discussions of:

    • dating and sexual relationships
    • emotional hurt and ghosting
    • hookup culture dynamics

    Listener discretion advised.

    Also:
    ✨ Communication is sexy.
    👻 Ghosting is not.

  • Twinnings EP#19 - Out of Our Comfort Zones: Cosplay & Dancing
    Dec 7 2025

In this episode, Georgie and Anne share the hilarious, chaotic, and inspiring stories of the things they forced themselves to try; even when their inner saboteur was screaming.

From Georgie stepping into the world of cosplay (complete with wigs, props, and a budget that evaporated instantly) to Anne attempting dancing despite every cell in her body wanting to hide behind a curtain. We’re unpacking it all.

Because the truth is, sometimes the thing you fear ends up being the thing that teaches you who you are… or at least gives you a mortifying story to tell later.

  • Twinnings EP#18 - Lost in Translation & Broken Hearts: It’s not you, or me. It’s both.
    Nov 30 2025

Ever thought you were having a perfectly normal conversation... only to realize later you weren't even speaking the same emotional language?

    Yeah, same.

In this episode, Georgie and Anne dive headfirst into the messy, hilarious, and sometimes heartbreaking world of miscommunications and breakups.

From cultural mix-ups that make you want to crawl under a rock to the kind of post-breakup spiral that involves way too much social media stalking. we're covering it all.

Because sometimes the problem isn't them, isn't you... it's just the beautiful disaster of being human and trying to connect anyway.

    Expect:

    • Cultural context fails
    • Active listening tips you'll actually use
    • Breakup survival strategies that don't involve toxic rebounds
    • The brain twins' signature blend of chaos, empathy, and unsolicited life advice.

  • Twinnings EP#17 - 2015 vs 2025: Are we Regressing or Progressing?
    Nov 23 2025

Remember when we thought 2015 was the peak of chaos? Well… spoiler alert: 2025 brought new chaos, just with better Wi-Fi and shorter attention spans.

In this episode, Georgie and Anne take a decade-long look at themselves (and maybe the world) from mental health and personal growth to attention spans, spirituality, and even MBTI vibes. Are we evolving… or just better at faking it?

Either way, it’s messy, hilarious, and absolutely relatable. The spiral is real on this one.

    This Week’s Reminder:
You’re not regressing, babes. You’re just leveling up… one cringe memory at a time.

  • Twinnings Ep #15 - The Fantasy Trap: When Life Doesn’t Match the Aesthetic
    Oct 26 2025

This week, Anne and Georgie fall face-first into the delulu abyss, where K-drama love stories meet real-life emotional unavailability and “dream jobs” turn out to be mostly emails and caffeine.

We’re breaking down how we all learned to romanticize everything. From relationships to career goals, and how Maslow’s hierarchy got dragged into the conversation somehow. Because apparently, self-actualization is harder than it looks when you’re just trying to answer Teams messages and remember your love language.

It’s an episode for anyone who’s ever looked around and thought, “Wait… this isn’t what the montage promised.”

    This Week’s Reminder:
Maybe self-actualization isn’t a mountain you climb. Maybe it’s the nap you finally let yourself take.

    Twin Energy. Slightly Offbeat.
Come for the laughs, stay for the mild existential crisis. (The hosts cried)
