  • Episode 2 of my series Exposing the Narcissist. This episode explains the Covert Narcissist.
    Oct 28 2022
A covert narcissist lives with the need for admiration and validation, an unstable sense of self and self-importance, and emotional fragility. Their expression of these needs and vulnerability is more introverted and passive-aggressive than the typical or overt narcissist. In many cases, it is easy to spot the narcissist in the room. They are the ones who are working the crowd, loudly sharing fabulous stories that convey a sense of importance and accomplishment so that they can feel admired. A covert narcissist is someone who craves admiration and importance and who lacks empathy toward others.

They want to be admired and approved by others. They act one way on social media and act another behind close doors. The behaviors of a narcissist! They love to manipulate others and make it seem like they are perfect with no blemishes. They love to seek attention and love when people look up to them and admire them! But if people only knew the unresolved childhood trauma they carry inside of them inside their core. The amount of emotional and mental abuse they cause their victims. I know most are afraid to even come out and say hey I need HELP 🆘 but I can't denied it ever since my Mom's passing I've been dealing with grieving and other life issues. As if loosing my Mother wasn't enough. I just want to let you guys know that Mental health is something that needs to be taken seriously and you are not alone even the strongest soldiers sometimes fall. “You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.” Dan Millman “Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth in your pain, but only if it’s first brought out into the open.” Steven Aitchison #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthisreal #truthtalkwithJanette

  • When You Have to Battle Your Everyday Demons.
    Oct 1 2021
Lately I've been dealing with the fact that my Mom is gone. The loss of my mom change me in ways I can't even say!! With her one year anniversary since her passing coming Up this October the 9th. And everything else I've been dealing with. Every day it seems to be harder and harder to live without her. Sometimes I'm okay and other days it just hits me real hard and I just start to cry because there are situations that I'm facing right now that I just wish I can pick up that phone and call her. But I realized that these are the battles that I face everyday and these are the demons that I have to face on a daily basis and lately I've been meditating on the word of God and listening to a song by the singer Sia the name of the song is unstoppable and the following lyrics that really hits me hard is when she says "I put my armor on and show you how strong I am. I put my armor on I'll show you that I am. I'm unstoppable, I'm a Porsche with no brakes I'm invincible yeah I win every single game. I'm so powerful I don't need batteries to play. I'm so confident yeah I'm unstoppable today." And I realized that with God I'm a powerful person with God I can do this I can face these demons and these battles ONLY with Him by my side I can do this!!! So please if you're in a situation like mines don't be discouraged because He is with you every step of the way..... Joshua 1:9 "have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Deuteronomy 3:22 "you should not fear them, for it is the Lord your God who fights with you." Exodus 14:14 "the LORD will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace." • Men always Blaming the Women for failed Relationship Never taking Accountability for their Actions
    Sep 6 2020
WHY is it when a relationship fails typically the man tends to blame it on the woman and vise versa. For the past 7 years I have watched in the conscious community how most men always blaming the Sisters all I hear is she was wicked she wasn't the right one etc..... Remember Adam did it tin the Garden he told God when asked what did you do he pointed the finger and blamed Eve. So if it happened before it will happen again because history tends to repeat itself and there's nothing new under the sun. Let's take time to examine ourselves when things go wrong and take accountability for our actions and behaviors. In this podcast I will focused on the blaming game. Hebrews 13:4 KJV Marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge. 1 Timothy 1:8‭, ‬10‭-‬11 KJV But we know that the law is good, if a man use it lawfully; for whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine; according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
