À propos de ce contenu audio

Discuss life issues, religious beliefs and everyday struggles as well as motivational speak. Sometimes in life we want to give up because we can't continue to fight. Sometimes we loose faith and Is okay we all have those moments. But what makes us a fighter is believing that no matter what life throws at us we will be VICTORIOUS and we will overcome Because greater is Him that is in me and all things are possible in Christ Jesus. So just when you think you're defeated know that He is God and that He will fight for you! If He did it for me He will do it for you too. Believe that! • Episode 2 of my series Exposing the Narcissist. This episode explains the Covert Narcissist.
      Oct 28 2022
A covert narcissist lives with the need for admiration and validation, an unstable sense of self and self-importance, and emotional fragility. Their expression of these needs and vulnerability is more introverted and passive-aggressive than the typical or overt narcissist. In many cases, it is easy to spot the narcissist in the room. They are the ones who are working the crowd, loudly sharing fabulous stories that convey a sense of importance and accomplishment so that they can feel admired. A covert narcissist is someone who craves admiration and importance and who lacks empathy toward others.

I know most are afraid to even come out and say hey I need HELP 🆘 but I can't denied it ever since my Mom's passing I've been dealing with grieving and other life issues. As if loosing my Mother wasn't enough. I just want to let you guys know that Mental health is something that needs to be taken seriously and you are not alone even the strongest soldiers sometimes fall. “You don’t have to control your thoughts. You just have to stop letting them control you.” Dan Millman “Emotional pain is not something that should be hidden away and never spoken about. There is truth in your pain, there is growth in your pain, but only if it’s first brought out into the open.” Steven Aitchison #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthisreal #truthtalkwithJanette
