Sanders sued for $250K for being over served, and a federal jury sided with her, awarding her even more than she asked for in her lawsuit! Carnival cruise is appealing, saying it is seeking a new trial.

Its website tells customers not to go to the airport, its customer service is shuttered and 17 thousand employees are waking up with no job. The airline said rising fuel costs were the final nail in its coffin, and despite an 11th hour possible bailout deal with President Trump, the airline said it had no choice but to “begin this wind-down.” The fear now, most experts believe this will lead to higher ticket prices across all airlines, without low fare competition from Spirit.

  • Remains Found In Tampa Bay Identified As Second Missing Doctoral Student

    Authorities announced they have finally identified remains found by local fishermen as the body of 27-year-old Nahida Bristy. Officials had to use DNA and dental records to make the ID, after they found the body of her friend Zamil Limon on a bridge above the bay days earlier. Limon’s roommate, 26-year-old Hisham Abugharbieh has been charged with their premeditated murders, after police say they have physical, digital and forensic evidence tying him to the crime, including damning searches, like, “can a knife penetrate a skull.”
